These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the booking of accommodation at Thaeros Apartment, located in Rethymno, Greece. By accessing this website and completing a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking & Payment

All reservations must be made through the website booking system.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email.

2. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is allowed up to 7 days before check-in.
Cancellations made 3–6 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in are non-refundable.
Early check-out does not qualify for a refund.

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Cancellations must be submitted through the website or via written email confirmation.

If the host cancels the reservation for any reason, the guest will receive a full refund.

In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, or events beyond control), special conditions may apply.

3. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in and check-out times are specified during the booking process and must be respected.
Late check-out or early check-in is subject to availability and must be approved in advance.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must provide accurate personal information during booking.
Guests are responsible for maintaining the apartment in good condition.
Any damage caused to the apartment or its contents must be compensated.

No unauthorized guests, parties, or events are allowed.
Guests must follow local laws, building regulations, and house rules.

The apartment must be used solely for residential accommodation purposes.

5. Cleaning & Maintenance

Cleaning arrangements are made after booking confirmation.
Guests must leave the apartment in reasonable condition upon departure.
Excessive cleaning or damages may result in additional charges.

6. Liability

The host is not responsible for:

• Loss or damage of personal belongings
• Accidents or injuries occurring during the stay
• Service interruptions caused by utilities, internet providers, or external factors

Guests are responsible for their own safety and personal belongings during their stay.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data collected during booking is used solely for reservation management and communication purposes.
Data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
