We understand that plans can change. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before making a reservation.

Standard Cancellation Terms

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in.
• 50% refund for cancellations made 3–6 days before check-in.
• No refund for cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in.
• Early check-out does not qualify for a refund.

Deposit Payments

Ιf a reservation is made using the 30% deposit payment option, the deposit amount is NON-REFUNDABLE in case of cancellation.

The remaining balance is payable upon arrival.

If a cancellation occurs:

•The deposit will not be refunded.

•Only amounts paid beyond the deposit may be considered for refund based on the standard cancellation terms.

How to Cancel

Cancellations must be made in writing by email or through the booking system on our website.
The cancellation date is the date we receive your cancellation request.

Refund Processing

If a refund is applicable:

• Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
• Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the booking
• Bank or card processing times may vary depending on your provider

No-Show Policy

If the guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior cancellation:

• The reservation will be considered a no-show
• No refund will be issued

Force Majeure (Extraordinary Circumstances)

In case of events beyond reasonable control (such as natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or serious emergencies), we reserve the right to offer alternative dates or a partial/full refund at our discretion.
