• Guests must provide accurate personal information.
• Payments are final after confirmation.
• Damage to the apartment must be compensated.
• Check-in and check-out times must be respected.
• No unauthorized guests or parties allowed.
• Cleaning service arrangements will be done after confirmation.
• Guests must follow local laws and building rules.

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in.
• 50% refund for cancellations made 3–6 days before check-in.
• No refund for cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in.
• Early check-out does not qualify for a refund.

Deposit Payments:
If you choose the 30% deposit payment option, the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE in case of cancellation.
The remaining balance is payable upon arrival.
