This option is non-refundable, meaning that once your booking is confirmed, cancellations or changes are not eligible for refund. Guests choose this option because it provides the best nightly rate while still offering complete access to everything the apartment offers. If your travel plans are set and you're confident on dates, the Standard Option is the perfect value choice.
Because it’s our most affordable option, this is the plan most guests select when looking to secure the lowest guaranteed price for their stay without extra flexibility features such as free cancellation.
**Premium Option**
The Premium Option includes everything from the Standard Option, but also gives you full flexibility, including the ability to cancel your stay (upon one week before your check-In) and receive a refund based on our cancellation policy. With this plan, guests get peace of mind knowing that travel plans can be adjusted if anything unexpected comes up—without losing the amount already paid.
This upgraded option adds a small nightly charge on top of the standard rate, but provides an extra level of security many travelers prefer, especially when traveling with family or when booking months in advance. If flexibility is important to you—or you're unsure of final dates—this option is the best choice for worry-free planning.
The Premium Option is ideal for guests who value flexibility, refundable conditions, and a more relaxed booking experience. By choosing this plan, you protect your stay while still enjoying all the comfort, privacy, and amenities included in the apartment.
***Cleaning Service***
Make your stay even more relaxing with our optional professional cleaning service. This service includes a full cleaning of the apartment, fresh bed linens, towels, bathroom refresh, and kitchen cleaning using high-quality products. It’s a perfect choice if you’d like to enjoy a hotel-style experience without having to think about cleaning during your stay.
The cleaning service adds a small additional fee to your booking and is available for all guests regardless of Standard or Premium option. Most guests select this when staying more than just a couple of nights, especially families and groups who prefer arriving to a spotless and freshly refreshed space.
Choosing this option allows you to check-out without worrying about tidying up—simply lock the door and go. If you enjoy convenience and want a hotel-level comfort during your stay, we highly recommend adding this service.
